ILOILO City – A young man accused of serious physical injuries was arrested yesterday in Barangay Lunayan, Cuartero, Capiz.
On the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Jerson Almalbis of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court in Dumarao, Capiz, the police apprehended Joshua Fancobela, 19, around 1:30 p.m.
He was detained at the Cuartero police station.
It was unclear as of this writing if Fancobela was able to post bail set at P6,000./PN
