The 32-year-old carpenter Rexter Bangeles sustained head and body injuries, a police report showed.
He was rushed to the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao district and later transferred to the Iloilo Mission Hospital, where he was currently receiving treatment.
The Lamborghini that hit Bangeles around 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 18 was driven by the 46-year-old Barangay Tabuc Suba, Jaro resident Narciso De Vera Jr.
It was bound for the Iloilo International Airport in Cabatuan, Iloilo.
The luxury car – which was registered under Villan Corp. based in Silay City, Negros Occidental – incurred damage on its windshield.
Bangeles was crossing the road with two fellow carpenters when the crash happened, said Senior Police Officer 1 Allan Portal.
The three of them were drunk, Portal told Panay News.
