ILOILO City – A resident of Lambunao, Iloilo has been arrested, a police report showed.
The 36-year-old Elmer Pauchangco has been charged with frustrated murder and direct assault.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
The court set the bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty at P200,000 for the frustrated murder charge and P40,000 for the direct assault charge.
