ILOILO City – A resident of Barangay Sinikway, Lapuz district accused his older brother of hitting him on the head with an unknown object.
The 30-year-old Albert Caparal had a laceration. He was taken to the West Visayas State University Medical Center in Jaro.
He told the La Paz police his 35-year-old brother Joebert attacked him.
The Caparal brothers were both drunk and had a misunderstanding, police said.
According to a neighbor, Joebert fled after the incident.
