ILOILO City – A 23-year-old resident of Lapuz district was detained at the police station in La Paz.
Rodolfo Magrare allegedly hit with a plastic chair 22-year-old Edwin Daanoy.
Daanoy told the police Magrare attacked him around 7:45 a.m. on Sept. 22.
The complainant had his injured left wrist checked at the West Visayas State University Medical Center.
It was unclear as of this writing why Magrare attacked Daanoy./PN
