ILOILO City – Two men mauled him, a resident of Barangay Alalasan, Lapuz district reported to the police.
The 35-year-old Regie Alegria sustained a laceration on the head, a police report showed.
Alegria identified his attackers as the 32-year-old Julius Morano and the 23-year-old John Rey Catamora.
He told the La Paz police that the two ganged up on him while he was at the wake of his friend’s mother in Barangay Magsaysay in the district at around 1 a.m. on Sunday.
Morano and Catamora cannot be reached for comment as of this writing.
Police advised the complainant to get himself checked by a doctor./PN
