ILOILO City – A 19-year-old suspected drug dealer was arrested in Barangay Don Esteban, Lapuz district.
John Paul Menguito, a resident of the same village, was detained at the La Paz police station.
Menguito sold to an undercover officer a plastic pack of shabu for P500 at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, a police report stated. He yielded two more sachets of the same substance.
