BACOLOD City – “Send your requirements a week ahead because you are not the only ones coming home.”
This was the advice of councilor Cindy Rojas, chair of this city’s action team for non-overseas Filipino worker returning residents, to locally stranded individuals (LSIs).
She pointed out that her office cannot issue a notice of coordination (NOC) to LSIs they do not yet have the requirements of the latter.
An NOC is one of the requirements LSIs need to secure before they can return to this city.
LSIs need to submit first copy of their identification card (any that are government issued), a medical certificate and travel authority from the Philippine National Police before they can receive their NOC. The requirements can be submitted to Rojas’ office via email: @spmcindyrojas@yahoo.com./PN
