They were plying the Iloilo to Caticlan-Aklan via San Jose and Pandan, Antique route.
LTFRB-6 legal counsel and spokesperson, Atty. Salvador Altura, said there are still more than 100 Ceres buses in operation.
These units were instructed by the VTI to only pass through the Iloilo-Antique coastal road via Tobias Fornier and Anini-y towns.
No bus shall pass through the Iloilo-Antique mountain road via Barangay Lindero, Hamtic.
Altura added that the VTI has assured they will ensure their bus units are in good condition before traveling./PN
