MANILA – The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has recently filed Memorandum Circular 2019-010, which opens 28 new Premium Point-to-Point (P2P) Bus Service routes, with all 28 routes distributed through 16 franchise packages and with each package being awarded to one applicant.
