AKLAN – For a peaceful Holy Week, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) of Malay is deploying enforcers and force multipliers.

On Monday, on behalf of Mayor Frolibar S. Bautista, Sangguniang Bayan member Dante Pagsuguiron graced the “Ligtas Semana Santa 2023” send-off ceremony and invoked the confidence in all the law enforcement officials.

Aklan Municipal Police Station chief Policie Lieutenant Colonel Don Dicksie De Dios reiterated the agency’s commitment to working with all of the enforcers and force multipliers in the municipality to achieve zero reported incidents throughout this year’s Holy Week.

The send-off concluded with a prayer and blessing by Rev. Jayvee Delos Santos.
