ILOILO City – A security guard of a mall on Delgado Street, City Proper turned over a teenager and a minor to the police for alleged shoplifting.
If the 25-year-old guard Joash Romano were to be believed, the two stole t-shirts on Wednesday.
One of the suspects was 18-year-old Andrew Evangelista of Bo. Obrero, Lapuz district. His minor companion was also from the same village.
According to Romano, the suspects did not pay for the two shirts – worth P699.75 each – they tried to slip out of the mall.
