ROXAS City – His live-in partner found him dead in their house in Barangay Batiano, Mambusao, Capiz, police said.
The 34-year-old Rodel Lerio was believed to have committed suicide.
Roselyn Ferrer found Lerio hanging with a rope tied around his neck around 6 a.m. on Tuesday, according to the police.
Police investigation revealed that every time they would have an argument, Lerio would threaten Ferrer to kill himself.
This usually happens when Lerio is drunk.
Their neighbors also said Lerio have attempted to commit suicide several times.
Investigation was still ongoing. Police have yet to rule out foul play./PN
