BACOLOD City – A 30-year-old dead man was found adrift on the sea in Barangay Tapong, Pulupandan, Negros Occidental.
Daryl Decreto of Barangay Abaca, San Enrique, Iloilo was temporarily residing in Barangay Malingin, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
He was spotted around 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 18.
According to the family, Decreto was last seen bathing in the Malingin River in Bago City on Oct. 16.
They believed he was swept away by strong currents./PN
