BACOLOD City – A senior citizen was shot to death by an unidentified suspect in Barangay Bacong, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
Alejandrito Emeterio, 70, died of multiple gunshot wounds, a police report showed.
The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. on March 15.
According to the police, Emeterio was outside his house when attacked.
Police recovered four spent cartridge cases of a .45-caliber pistol, two unfired bullets and one slug from the crime scene.
As of this writing, authorities have yet to identify the assailant’s identity and the motive in the killing./PN
