BACOLOD City – Charged with acts of lasciviousness, a man was arrested in Barangay Buenavista, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Emmanuel Cadelina, 55, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 9:30 a.m. on June 2, a police report showed.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court Branch 55 in Himamaylan City.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Himamaylan City police station.
The court recommended a P36,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
