BACOLOD City – Charged with acts of lasciviousness, a man was nabbed in Barangay Punta Salong, Manapla, Negros Occidental.
The 25-year-old resident Rolly Balquin was caught around 2 p.m. on June 24, police said.
Balquin’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant, the police added.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Manapla municipal police station.
The court recommended a P180,000 for his temporary liberty./PN
