ILOILO City – An inebriated man was taken to Police Station 1 for “alarm and scandal” in Barangay Rizal Estanzuela, City Proper.
The 36-year-old Govani Disilag smashed a bottle of liquor on the street while shouting unintelligibly, according to residents around 3 p.m. on April 16.
Concerned people alerted the police. They feared Disilag would do something far worse than just smashing bottles and shouting./PN
