BACOLOD City – Charged with three counts of sexual assault, a man was arrested in Barangay Carabalan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
He was 54-year-old Rolly Aranda of Barangay Bi-ao, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Aranda was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 19, it added.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Binalbagan municipal police station. The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
