BACOLOD City – A man was arrested for allegedly brandishing a firearm around 8:27 p.m. on Dec. 28 in Barangay Old Sagay, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Ange Mahinay, 43, was a resident of the said place. He was drunk when apprehended by elements of the Sagay City police.
Police said they responded to a call for help.
Mahinay is facing a charge for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
