BACOLOD City – A man charged with two counts of rape was arrested in Barangay 4, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Rai Reyes, 49, of Barangay Binicuil, Kabankalan City was caught around 10:22 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 17.
Officers of the Kabankalan City police station led by officer-in-charge, Police Lieutenant Colonel Alvimar Flores, served the arrest warrant issued by Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 61.
The suspect was detained at the Kabankalan City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
