BACOLOD City – A 36-year-old man charged with five counts of rape was arrested in Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Erick Rivera of Barangay Guimbala-on, Silay City was served with an arrest warrant issued by Judge Leonardo Facultad Jr. of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 69, at around 11:15 a.m. on April 17.
No bail was recommended for Rivera’s temporary liberty./PN
