ILOILO City – Larry Agrabio has been charged with violation of the Bouncing Checks Law, a police report showed.
The 43-year-old resident of Barangay Poblacion Ilawod in the component city of Passi in Iloilo province had been arrested.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest for five counts of violation of Batas Pambansa 22 at around 8:45 a.m. on Monday on Simeon Aguilar Street, Passi City, stated a police report.
Agrabio was detained at the Passi City police station.
The court set the bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty at a total of P10,000.
It was not immediately clear as of this writing if the suspect has posted bail./PN
