BACOLOD City – A man was accidentally electrocuted in Sitio Paraiso, Barangay Refugio, Calatrava, Negros Occidental.
The 48-year-old Jose Negres, a resident of the said place, was found unconscious around 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 28.
He was trying to get feeds for their livestock when he accidentally touched an electric fence near a fish pond, according to the Calatrava Municipal Police Station.
Negres was rushed to the hospital but he was declared “dead on arrival”./PN
