Man faces ‘2 counts of frustrated murder’

BACOLOD City – Charged with two counts of frustrated murder, a 52-year-old resident of Barangay Vito, Sagay City, Negros Occidental was apprehended.

Armed with a warrant of arrest, police caught Pablo Baja around 9:29 a.m. on May 6 in Barangay Cabahug, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.

Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 73 in Sagay City ordered Baja’s arrest.

The suspect – the No. 9 most wanted person in Sagay City – was detained in the lockup cell of the police station.

The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for each charge for his temporary liberty./PN
