ILOILO City – He allegedly harassed a woman while inside a jeepney.
Jay Tilos was arrested after he allegedly touched the private parts of a jeepney passenger in Barangay Aquino, Ibajay, Aklan on Monday
When frisked, the suspect yielded a .45-caliber revolver, police said.
Tilos was detained in the lockup cell of the Ibajay police station.
He faces charges for sexual assault and violation of the election gun ban./PN
