BACOLOD City – A fugitive was arrested in Barangay Daga, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Calvin Villanueva, 27, was charged with violation of Republic Act 9995 (Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009) and Republic Act 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012), a police report showed.
The suspect was caught around 11:15 p.m. on July 12.
Judge Gwendolyn Jimena of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 (Cadiz City) ordered Villanueva’s arrest.
The suspect was taken to the Cadiz City police station./PN
