ILOILO City – A resident of Banate, Iloilo is facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The 23-year-old Mark Arroyo was the subject of a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Bolilao, Mandurriao, a police report showed.
Arroyo allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover officer for P2,500.
Fourteen more sachets of the prohibited substance were seized during his arrest around 3:45 p.m. on Dec. 3.
