BACOLOD City – He was found lifeless lying on his motorboat docked along the shore of Barangay Tuburan, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
The 62-year-old resident Felix Galario Sr. was believed to have died due to a heart disease.
Galario was discovered unconscious around 3:30 a.m. on April 27, a police report showed.
He was rushed to the Silay City Provincial Hospital where the attending physician pronounced him “dead on arrival.”/PN
