BACOLOD City – An old man was found dead at the public plaza of San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified the man as the 61-year-old Alex Rafols Sr. of Barangay 6, San Carlos City.
Rafols – whose body was found on Thursday – lives in the streets, according to officers from the San Carlos City police station.
San Carlos City health officer Laurence Portuguez – who conducted an autopsy – said Rafols died of natural causes./PN
