BACOLOD City – At around 10:30 a.m. on Monday a man was found dead in Sitio Sambag, Barangay Manghanoy, La Castellana, Negros Occidental.
Jose Rammel Europa, 47, of Barangay Camandag, La Castellana, had a gunshot wound on his face.
Police recovered in the area an empty cartridge case of a .45 handgun, a recoil spring, and a recoil spring plug.
