BACOLOD City – A 52-year-old man was shot to death by his brother-in-law in Barangay Santa Teresa, Manapla, Negros Occidental.
Manapla Municipal Chief of Police Capt. Jaynick Bermudez said the victim, Joel Villarias, had a heated argument with the suspect, Artimio Seballos, 52, at around 6 p.m. on Jan. 21.
Both were residents of the locality.
According to Villarias’ family, the latter often ran amok when inebriated.
The suspect, meanwhile, remained at large./PN
