ILOILO City – A 47-year-old man was found hanging dead on Monday in Barangay Jibao-an, Pavia, Ilollo.
The body of Jimmy Melendez of Barangay Balabag, Santa Barbara was found at 4:55 a.m. by his brother-in-law, Pastor Castigador.
