BACOLOD City – A man committed suicide in Barangay Rumirang, Isabela, Negros Occidental, police said.
He was the 38-year-old driver Allan Bayate of Balasan, Iloilo, who temporarily resides in Barangay Rumirang.
According to investigation, Jappy Biate discovered Bayate’s body hanging from a beam in a stockroom with a rope tied around his neck at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Bayate’s body was brought to the Nalagon Funeral Parlor in Isabela for a post-mortem examination.
Officers of the Isabela police station ruled out foul play in the incident./PN
