ILOILO City – A man landed in the hospital after the gun he was holding accidentally went off.
The 53-year-old Zaldy Bullon of Barangay Caloy-ahan, Lambunao, Iloilo sustained a gunshot wound on the right hand.
Police said Bullon was drunk when the improvised firearm he was holding fired around 7:30 p.m. on May 7.
Bullon received treatment at the Dr. Ricardo Ladrido District Hospital in Lambunao.
It was not immediately clear if the police seized the gun./PN
