BACOLOD City – A man was stabbed in Barangay Singcang-Airport.
The 34-year-old resident Jovanie Viajedor sustained a stab wound on the back, a police report showed.
Police identified the suspect as resident Ronilo Ronzales.
Ronzales stabbed Viajedor around 8:45 p.m. on Sept. 8, the report added.
Viajedor was brought to the Bacolod Adventist Medical Center in Barangay Taculing for treatment.
The motive in the incident was not immediately established.
Officers of Police Station 8 conducted a manhunt operation against Ronzales, who fled after the incident./PN
