BACOLOD City – A 37-year-old man was arrested for training an improvised firearm on another man, police said.
Jeffrey Domingo Cipriano of Burgos Street, Barangay 8, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental was detained at the Kabankalan City police station custodial facility.
An improvised shotgun locally known as sulpak and two live bullets of a 12-gauge shotgun were seized from him.
The 30-year-old Cris Anthony Gomez of Barangay Talubangi, Kabankalan City complained to the police that Cipriano pointed the gun at him.
Police said officers out to arrest Cipriano at around 9:55 a.m. on Friday caught the latter placing the firearm within the victim’s reach./PN
