ILOILO City – Police arrested a man for allegedly stealing an air compressor machine in Barangay Liberation, City Proper.
He was identified as 31-year-old Michael Gallego of Barangay North San Jose, Molo district.
Gallego was nabbed after he tried to cart away a compressor machine inside the Fu Guang Yuan building around 3:30 a.m.
Police said it was the building’s caretaker Maricles Bingaan who caught the suspect.
Gallego was taken to Police Station 1 where he was detained. Charges will be filed against him./PN
