ILOILO City – Police arrested a man for allegedly possessing illegal firearm in Barangay Malocloc Norte, Ivisan, Capiz.
A .22-caliber revolver loaded with four live bullets was seized from 40-year-old Buenvinido Labaroza of Barangay Culajao, Roxas City, Capiz, a police report showed.
Residents reported Labaroza to the police after the suspect was seen carrying a firearm around 10 p.m. on Sept. 8, the report added.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Ivisan police station, facing charges./PN
