ILOILO City – Charged with rape, a resident of Barangay Pulao, Dumangas, Iloilo was arrested.
Perlito Diddigan, 39, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Aug. 1, a police report showed.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Dumangas police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
