BACOLOD City – Authorities have yet to ascertain the motive in a stabbing along the national highway in Barangay Guadalupe, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
The victims, 42-year-old Rene Serad and a 16-year-old girl, were both residents of Barangay Alijis in this city, police said.
A suspect has been named – Wilmer Talledo of San Carlos City.
The stabbing happened around 11:45 a.m. on July 13.
The victims were recuperating at the San Carlos City Hospital while the suspect remained at large, police added./PN
