ILOILO City – A 42-year-old man was arrested at his house in Barangay Quipot, Janiuay, Iloilo.
Rudy Hervas was accused of three counts of violence against women and children (VAWC), a police report showed.
The suspect was caught on the strength of a court-issued arrest warrant around 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 4.
He was detained at the Janiuay police station.
A P72,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
