BACOLOD City – Policemen of Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental arrested a man for creating alarm and scandal in Barangay Aguisan.
Jessierine Jade Balasabas, 29, was caught around 8:15 a.m. on Nov. 18.
He yielded a sachet of suspected shabu when frisked, a police report showed.
The suspect was detained at the Himamaylan City police station. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 would be filed against him./PN
