ILOILO City – A man charged with child abuse was arrested on March 8 in Barangay Poblacion, Dueñas, Iloilo.
James Arky Gasoso, 21, of Barangay Romblon, Dueñas was taken to the municipal police station.
An arrest warrant was served to Gasoso at around 8:30 a.m. for violation of Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act).
The court set the bail bond at P200,000 for Gasoso’s temporary liberty.
It was unclear as of this writing if he was able to post bail./PN
