BACOLOD City – A village councilman in Barangay Minapasok, Calatrava town, was arrested on Thursday afternoon after yielding firearms and suspected shabu.
John Rey Mirasol Natial, 43, a resident of the barangay, handed one small sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover agent in exchange of P300 marked money.
Also confiscated from him were three big sachets of suspected shabu, one .45-caliber pistol with ammunitions, one improvised 12-gauge shotgun with ammunitions, and one .357-caliber firearm.
