BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man facing charges for direct assault and illegal fishing in Barangay Bonifacio, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
He was Gilbert Narciso, 44, of Barangay Old Escalante, Escalante City, Negros Occidental.
Narciso was caught on the strength of two arrest warrants around 9 a.m. on Aug. 17.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Sagay City police station.
The court recommended a P36,000 bail bond for each case./PN
