BACOLOD City – Charged with homicide, a man was nabbed in Barangay 13.
He was 53-year-old Clodualdo Caluag of Barangay 9, a police report showed.
Caluag was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Thursday issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 54, the report added.
He was detained in the lockup facility of Police Station 1./PN
