BACOLOD City – The 29-year-old Rey Ginolo allegedly shot his elder brother in Barangay 2.
Police identified the victim as resident Ian Ginolos who sustained a gunshot wound on the chest.
According to investigation, the Ginolos were having dinner when a heated argument ensued.
Rey allegedly stabbed their relatives who pacified the fight.
This prompted Ian to shoot his elder brother using a .45-caliber pistol, police said.
Rey was brought to the hospital where the attending physician declared him “dead on arrival.”
Ian surrendered to the police and was detained./PN
