ILOILO City – A man concealed a pair of jeans worth P450 in his bag and tried to leave a boutique without paying.
But 30-year-old Jun Betingco of Passi City was caught. He ended up behind bars at Police Station 1 here.
Anthony Delicano, 36, the officer-in-charge of the boutique located on Solis Street, City Proper, placed Betingo under citizen’s arrest after spotting him shoplifting around 3:30 p.m. on August 25./PN
