BACOLOD City – He was just collecting firewood when he was shot, a police report showed.
The 32-year-old resident Dondon Planco was killed after an unidentified suspect shot him on the back around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday in Barangay San Isidro, Toboso, Negros Occidental, said Chief Inspector Ariel Pico, municipal police chief.
Pico added they were still identifying the suspect and the motive in the shooting./PN
